How to Body Wrap

I am going to discuss how to body wrap using the It Works Ultimate Applicator body wrap. These body wraps come in a small package and are already soaked in the herbal ingredients that will cause the detoxification and inch loss.

Step 1 – Open the package and remove the ultimate applicator
Step 2 – Take a tape measure and measure the area in 3 different spots. Write down the measurements
Step 3 – Unwrap the applicator and apply it to the target area.
Step 4 – Secure it in place using a plastic film wrap (saran wrap) or other means
Step 5 – Go on about your business for 45 minutes to 1 hour
Step 6 – Remove the ultimate applicator and massage the ingredients into your skin
Step 7 – Take the tape measure out again and measure yourself again.  Write down the measurements.

These body wraps do not have to be used every single day.  The ingredients will work for the next 72 hours.  It is recommended to measure again the following day and to drink a lot of water after your wrap.  The water will help to get rid of the toxins from your body.   You may also notice that you have lost more inches on the second day.

Step 8 - In-between days – Use the defining gel on the target area by massaging a small amount into your skin. This defining gel has a more toned down version of the ingredients found in the body wrap itself.
